Returns Policy

Please note that as all our items are second hand vintage so may have signs of wear or minor imperfections due to their age. Please understand that these attributes do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

 Any major flaws will be noted in the product description. 

 However, exceptions are made for items significantly not as described. In the rare instance that you encounter such an issue, we offer a hassle-free returns policy:

You have 7 days from the date you receive your purchase to initiate a return.

 

Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our team at aqua26vintage@outlook.com to let us know you wish to make a return and notify us of the reason
2. Package the item securely 
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Please note customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with any return or exchange. Any import tax charged to us for a returned parcel will be deducted from the total refund amount.
